Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Janis Jean & Co currently offers domestic (USA) shipping only. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date via USPS. 

 

Receive FREE standard shipping on orders of $200 or more. The following shipping methods are available for all other orders:

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING ($10): 3 - 7 business days (often 1-3 business days for tri-state (PA/DE/NJ) destinations)

EXPRESS SHIPPING ($28): 1 - 2 business days (U.S. ONLY)

ORDER pick-ups

We are happy to announce that pick-ups are now available at the new Janis Jean showroom located at 2722 N Hancock St, Studio 106, Philadelphia, PA 19133! Order online and select the pick-up option at checkout. 

​

To arrange your pick-up, please book an in-store shopping session (available on our website or Instagram). In person shopping sessions and online order pick-ups are available through appointment only

Returns & Exchanges

Janis Jean & Co does not offer returns on any products. All sales are final.

 

Exchanges are available for sizing issues only. Exchanges are only eligible for unworn products, and must be returned in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please:

 

  1. Contact us within 30 days after order is received (delivery date)

  2. Contact us via email at support@janisjeanandco.com

  3. Include "Exchange - Order #"  in the subject line and full name, order number, and inquiry in the body of the email

 

Please note, we cannot guarantee your alternative size will be available for exchange. If your needed color/size is not available for exchange and you have contacted us within 30 days of receiving your order, you can exchange for an item(s) of equal or lesser value.

If your exchange is approved, you (the customer) are responsible for the shipping fees related to your return in the exchange process. Once we receive the returned product(s), we (Janis Jean), will cover the shipping fees for your new product(s)/order in the exchange process.

As of 01/20/2022, exchanges will be handled via EMAIL ONLY at support@janisjeanandco.com. If you send an exchange inquiry via social media, text message, or any other form of communication, we will kindly refer you to our support email address for assistance.
